Baowu Heavy Industry et Sinosteel Equipment opéreront en tant qu'une seule entité

Avec la création de la Division du Développement Collaboratif des Rouleaux, Baowu Heavy Industry a consolidé les services de rectification des rouleaux des unités telles que Baosteel Co., Ltd., Wuhan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. et Maanshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.

Baowu Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. a été officiellement inaugurée (ci-après dénommée « Baowu Heavy Industry »). Baowu Heavy Industry : Centrée sur le groupe Anhui Maanshan Iron & Steel Engineering Technology, elle se spécialise dans l'intégration de filiales dont Baosteel Roll, Baosteel Casting, Jiangnan Roll, Shanghai Kede et Baoling Heavy Industry. Baowu Zhiwei se spécialise dans l'intégration des activités de maintenance et d'inspection issues de Maanshan Iron & Steel, Wuhan Iron & Steel, Meishan Iron & Steel, Shaoguan Iron & Steel et Taiyuan Iron & Steel.

Shanghai Baosteel Industrial Technology Services Co., Ltd. a été renommée Baowu Equipment Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.

Le groupe Anhui Ma Steel Engineering Technology a été créé. Le groupe comprend des filiales telles qu'un institut de design, une société de structures en acier, une société de maintenance d'équipements, une société de machines lourdes, une société de traitement de surface et une société d'équipements de convoyage.

Shanghai Baosteel Industrial Testing Company a été renommée Shanghai Baosteel Industrial Testing Co., Ltd. Shanghai Baosteel Industrial Testing Co., Ltd. a fusionné avec Shanghai Baosteel Equipment Maintenance Co., Ltd. pour former Shanghai Baosteel Industrial Technical Services Co., Ltd.
