Sintering car

Sintering car is an important part of sintering machine. Multiple carriages are formed into a closed sintering belt on the track. In the sintering process, materials are loaded, ignition is carried out, sintering is carried out, and sintered ore is discharged at the tail.

Product Details

The sintering car is one of the most critical and core components of the entire sintering machine system, undertaking the key task of bearing and transporting raw materials during the iron ore sintering production process. It serves as the basic carrier for all sintering operations and directly determines the production efficiency, sintering quality and operational stability of the entire sintering production line. In actual industrial production, a large number of independent sintering carriages are arranged in an orderly and continuous manner, closely connected with one another. These carriages operate along the fixed circular track of the sintering machine, jointly forming a complete, enclosed and circulating sintering belt that runs stably and continuously.
This closed circulating structure effectively avoids material leakage, heat loss and external interference during the sintering process, creating a stable and independent working environment for raw material sintering. As the core equipment carrier of the sintering process, the sintering car completes the whole set of standardized production procedures in sequence during the slow and uniform circulating operation on the track. At the starting position of the production line, prepared mixed sintering materials are evenly loaded into the carriages according to fixed thickness and weight standards.
After the material loading is completed, the carriages move forward to the ignition station, where the surface of the raw material layer is ignited by professional ignition equipment. With the continuous advancement of the sintering belt, the ignition flame penetrates downward layer by layer, and the high-temperature sintering reaction is fully carried out inside the material layer. During this continuous operation, physical and chemical changes such as high-temperature melting, bonding and solidification occur in the raw materials, turning loose powdery materials into dense and blocky qualified sintered ore. Finally, when the loaded carriages run to the tail position of the sintering machine, the finished sintered ore is stably unloaded and discharged to complete a complete sintering cycle, and the empty carriages return to the starting point to start the next round of production operations.
